Built on a Lifetime of Hospitality

The Estate Standard was founded by Matthew and Maricris Burke, a husband-and-wife team whose careers have been dedicated to hospitality, housekeeping leadership, private residential service, and property care.

Maricris brings more than 20 years of housekeeping experience, including executive leadership with Hilton and service within luxury private residences. Matthew’s background includes private butler service, luxury hospitality, residential property management, and the oversight of high-value homes throughout Paradise Valley and North Scottsdale.

Together, they created The Estate Standard to bring professional hospitality practices, thoughtful communication, and meticulous attention to detail into every home they serve.
